This page explains our terms of use. By using this Site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and you’re agreeing to these terms. We may change these terms from time to time. When changes occur we may inform you via mail or through a news update, you are responsible being up to date with the terms of service. Updated versions of the terms will never apply retroactively. Using www.Crowdinfund after a change, that means you accept the new terms and any other rules and guidelines on the site.

This Website is owned and operated by Crowdinfund Association (“Crowdinfund”). We are registered in Ghana with the Registrar General’s Department as an association. 



“CIFA” means Crowdinfund Association



You can access and use Crowdinfund without registering for an account. To use some of our features or website functions you will need to register an account. You will create a username, a password and supply some personal information as stated in our privacy policy. The information you give to us has to be correct and up to date. We will cancel your account if you don’t comply with the above mentioned. Access to this Site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on this Site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict your access to some or this entire Site. All arrangements necessary for you to have access to this Site is your responsibility. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access this Site through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them You’re responsible for all the activity on your account, and for keeping your password private. If you notice that someone has accessed your account without your permission, report it to support@crowdinfund.com. To sign up for an account, you need to be at least 18 years old, or of legal adult age



We own of all intellectual property rights in this Site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.  You agree not to use, change, create make derivative works from any part of the Site unless expressly authorised by us to do so. We don’t own and are not responsible for content posted by third parties on our website (including content posted by users), including the content of pitches, pitch videos, images and content in the discussions. We can use content you post on our site loyalty free and make changes to it when used. Any royalties or licensing on your Content are your responsibility. We are not responsible for the correctness and accuracy of information you post on the site. You agree that information you post here does not violate anyone’s rights or copyrights   If you believe that any content on our site infringes your intellectual property rights, please report to us; provide  evidence of your ownership and the exact location of the infringing content and any copies. We will review your report and make all necessary corrections or delete your property.

Crowdinfund provides an avenue for you to team up with others to start projects. You bear the ultimate responsibility of ensuring you project teams and team team members are suitable for you, work diligently and in good faith to execute the the project as best as possible. When your project is backed and successfully funded you are to execute/launch it, post updates and report to our evaluation team frequently.



You agree to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents and officers against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable legal fees, rights, claims, actions of any kind and injury (including death) resulting from your use of the Service, any User Content, your connection to the Service, any violation of these Terms of Service (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Service. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which says: “A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor.” If you are a resident of another jurisdiction, you waive any comparable statute or doctrine.



These terms of use are governed by Ghana law.
